Rocco Femia speaks at the DC Bar Program on "Canadian Tax Treaty Protocol and Related Treaty Issues."

The program will discuss the recently concluded protocol to the Canadian Income Tax Treaty as well as a number of issues that arise generally under U.S. income tax treaties, including the application of treaties to hybrid entities.
