Brian Hill and Andrew Wise will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2024 Litigation Section Annual Conference on May 3, 2024.

Hill will host "Business Torts Jeopardy!" – a game show-style session in which panelists seek to avoid situations that could give rise to claims of breach of fiduciary duty or restrictive covenants, interference with contractual or economic relationships, wrongful termination, misrepresentation or fraud, theft or conversion of trade secrets, conspiracy, defamation, and civil RICO. Wise will present, as a part of a panel, "Corporate Investigations and Compliance." Wise's session will cover best practices for conducting internal and external investigations, including ethics and whistleblower complaints. The panel will also explore unique facets of corporate investigations, such as the role of the board of directors, navigating the Executive Suite, parallel internal and external investigations, and media strategy.
