Homer Moyer will present on a panel discussion titled "An Interactive Moot Court Debate on Unsettled FCPA Issues" during American Conference Institute's 31st International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act on November 19, 2014. This Moot Court will address the most current sources of contention in the FCPA. Participants will hear from defense counsel and former prosecutors who will utilize real-life hypotheticals depicting an appellate argument.
