Rocco V. Femia and Erin M. Sweeney* will be speaking at the ABA Section of Taxation 2015 Midyear Meeting on Friday January 30, 2015 at the Hilton Americas in Houston, TX.

Femia will moderate a panel titled "Unresolved Issues in U.S. International Tax," which will discuss unresolved international tax issues in a number of areas, including issues arising under subpart F, the foreign tax credit and international restructuring.

As chair of the Subcommittee on Fiduciary Responsibility, Sweeney will present, as part of a panel, "Employee Benefits Litigation Update," which will discuss recent ERISA litigation cases. She will also present, as part of a panel, "Employee Benefits Fiduciary Responsibilities Update," which will discuss guidance issued addressing ERISA fiduciary responsibilities.
