Alejandra Montenegro Almonte will speak at the ABA Section of International Law's 2016 Americas Forum on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Her presentation is titled "Surfing the Wave: Maintaining Balance in Legal Ethics" and will explore the impact of technology and social media on ethical compliance, the use of alternatives to traditional legal activity (such as the use of robots and artificial intelligence), and continuing challenges to privilege and conflicts issues.
