James Tillen will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section (ILS) 2026 Annual Conference on May 13, 2026. Tillen will present, as a part of a panel, "Managing Risks Under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Post-Enforcement "Pause." This panel will explore the state of FCPA enforcement under the current Trump administration, including a discussion of organizational changes at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Panelists will also highlight recent anti-corruption enforcement developments outside the United States.
