Steven Dixon,* Marc Gerson, and Kevin Kenworthy will present during the 80th Annual API Federal Tax Forum for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry on April 28, 2014. The forum will address both basic and advanced issues on the U.S. taxation of domestic and international oil and gas operations.

Dixon and Kenworthy will present the "Litigation Update," a panel discussion of recent litigation decisions that impact the oil and gas industry. Gerson will present the "Washington Update," and discuss issues impacting the industry in Washington, DC.
