Michael Desmond and Robert Kovacev will speak at the 42nd Annual TEI-SJSU High Tech Tax Institute on November 2, 2026. Kovacev will present, as a part of a panel, "Economic Substance," addressing enforcement after the 2025 Tax Court decision in Patel and 10th Circuit’s 2026 ruling in Liberty Global.
