George A. Hani will be speaking at the Texas Federal Tax Institute on June 8, 2016. Hani will present, as part of a panel, "IDRs/Summons/Privilege." This panel will discuss the mechanics of the relatively new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) IDR/summons regime, negotiating response dates, as well as recent developments in the area of attorney-client privilege, Section 7525 privilege and work product.
