The National Appellate Defender Skills Training, sponsored by the National Legal Aid & Defender Association (NLADA), is a unique, national skills training that brings together state and federal court appellate public defenders for a multi-day learning program. Each participant brings an appellate case brief or Writ of Certiorari and has the opportunity to work on the analysis and drafting of that brief or Writ with feedback from an outstanding, national faculty.
