In 2010, the United States Congress has and will continue to consider a number of pending legislative proposals, many of which have been proposed by the Obama Administration that would fundamentally change the taxation of corporations and other business entities. In this Knowledge Group webcast, a panel of distinguished professionals will review critical legislation enacted to date and provide an outlook with respect to any legislation that may be enacted before the end of the year.
