12th Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference

James Tillen, Co-Chair of the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee, and Homer Moyer, Vice-Chair of the IBA Rule of Law Action Group, will be speaking at the 12th Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference on June 3-4, 2014.

Tillen will moderate a panel entitled "No stone unturned – how far to go in an internal bribery investigation" and he will also make the concluding remarks for the conference. Moyer will moderate a panel entitled "'Industry sweeps' and open-ended investigations – what to do when your line of business comes under scrutiny."

The conference is presented by the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee, supported by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The conference will include several topics on due diligence and bribery, including a Q&A session with law enforcement officials from the OECD Working Group on Bribery.
