Tax Analysts announced that Larry Gibbs, a Member in Miller & Chevalier's Tax Department, has been elected to its Board of Directors. Tax Analysts is the nonprofit publisher of Tax Notes and many other print and online products on tax policy and administration. Gibbs, who served as IRS Commissioner from 1986 to 1989, joins a board that includes a number of former top government officials and other tax experts.
