Kevin Kenworthy, quoted in articles about the upcoming arguments before the FirstCircuit Court of Appeals concerning whether tax accrual workpapers are protected from disclosure to the IRS by the attorney work product doctrine, states "This has been closely watched in the tax community but the untold story is the potential carryover into the nontax context. There seems no reason to me why tax is unique here."
