Pamela Coke Hamilton heads the Department of Trade, Tourism and Competitiveness at the Organization of American States and has, in various governmental and private sector postings, been an active player in Caribbean and hemispheric trade issues for nearly 20 years. She gave off-the-record views on trade policy dynamics in the region, including multilateral (Doha Round) talks, Caricom deepening, and evolving preferential relationships with Europe and North America.
