Timothy P. O'Toole and Kirby D. Behre will be speaking at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer (NACDL) Annual White Collar Conference on Thursday, June 18, 2015, in San Diego, CA.
O'Toole, who is serving as conference co-chair, will present, as part of a panel, "Trading in Deceit: Defending Criminal Exports and Economic Sanctions Allegations." Behre will present, as part of a panel, "Prepare and Protect: How to Optimize Defense Witnesses within Ethical Bounds."
