Layla Asali and Loren Ponds will speak at the ABA 33rd Annual Philadelphia Tax Conference on November 15, 2022, in Philadelphia.

Asali will present "International Tax Update," a panel discussion on recent international tax developments including current legislative proposals, Treasury and IRS regulatory developments, and other guidance and planning considerations.

Ponds will speak on a panel titled, "Tax Policy."
