James Tillen will speak at the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) webinar "Navigating the Evolving DOJ Enforcement Landscape" on February 10, 2026. Through a number of Executive Orders, policy announcements, and issuance of specific guidance, the Trump Administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) has set new enforcement priorities and modified the ways white collar matters are investigated and enforced. These developments include significant changes in the DOJ's approach for enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a focus on cartels, transnational criminal organizations, and foreign terrorist organizations (FTO), and new strategies for prosecuting tariff evasion. This webinar will summarize these developments and address the implications for companies' compliance programs and risk mitigation efforts.
