
Sarah Barney is an associate in the Litigation department, where she focuses on government contracts counseling and litigation, including bid protest and contractor compliance issues, and internal investigations. Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Ms. Barney was a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims for the Honorable Thomas C. Wheeler and the Honorable Loren A. Smith.
While attending law school, Ms. Barney was the Senior Managing Editor of the Public Contract Law Journal and served as the Vice President of the Government Contracts Student Association.
