
Florencia Fuentealba is a visiting law clerk in Miller & Chevalier's International department, where she works with attorneys who advise clients on anti-bribery and anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and compliance.
Ms. Fuentealba practices law in Chile at the Albagli Zaliasnik law firm, where she focuses on designing and implementing compliance programs addressing anti-bribery, AML, crime prevention models of Chilean Law 20.393, antitrust, and labor law. She also has experience in risk assessments, internal investigations, and compliance trainings.
Ms. Fuentealba obtained her law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica, a Diploma in Corporate Compliance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a Diploma in Compliance implementation and management with an environmental, social, governance (ESG) perspective from Universidad Diego Portales, Chile. She is the vice president of the board of the Chilean Chapter of World Compliance Association. Ms. Fuentealba is fluent in Spanish and French.
