Dwight Pope is an Associate in the Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on civil and criminal matters, including white collar, ERISA, and employee benefits litigation. 

Mr. Pope is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where he worked as a research assistant, volunteered for Yale's Temporary Restraining Order Project, and served on the board of Yale's Outlaws. Mr. Pope also clerked at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Civil Rights. 

Prior to law school, Mr. Pope was a research associate at the Urban Institute's Justice Policy Center. At Urban, Mr. Pope worked on several Department of Justice-funded studies examining the implementation and effectiveness of local, state, and federal initiatives, including the collection of DNA at arrest and measures to reduce sexual assault and violence in local jails. Mr. Pope also worked on research efforts to understand vulnerable populations' experiences with the criminal justice system.
