In this blog post, Ann Sultan discusses the role of Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI's) International Corruption Squads in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and kleptocracy enforcement. The Squads were launched in 2015 with the aim of helping the FBI to combat both the supply and demand side of corruption. "Over the past year, the  DOJ [Department of Justice] and FBI have been highlighting the involvement of the Squads in various investigations," Sultan wrote. Her article reviews DOJ settlements that acknowledged the work of the FBI's International Corruption Squads.
