Welles Orr discussed the reception of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada-Agreement and the new automotive and labor provisions. "I think the unions are going to take their time and ultimately be supportive of it," Orr said. Speaking about whether it will be passed by Democrats, Orr added that, while it's still early, they'll have to consider the improvements being made through this new agreement.
