Timothy O'Toole commented on how the EU could be impacted if President Trump decertifies Iran's cooperation with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and reimposes sanctions on persons and companies doing business with Iran. "At some point the US will have enforcement difficulty if everybody's violating US law," O’Toole said. "It depends whether the European business community has the stomach to take on the entire US financial system."
