Richard Mojica and Patrick Stewart* are representing Aztec Manufacturing Partnership, a subsidiary of AZZ, Inc., with an allegation of anti-dumping duty evasion filed against a U.S. importer of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) that resulted in the initiation of a formal investigation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) pursuant to the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, commonly known as The Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA). The formal investigation was covered in the October 23 issue of International Trade Today.
