Dallas Morning News

Homer Moyer was quoted on the International Bar Association and Sandra Day O'Connor Institute's Rule of Law Town Hall, held at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, Texas on February 12.  Moyer is the moderator of this series of Rule of Law Town Halls being held in various cities around the country. The Town Hall's featured guests discussed what the term "rule of law" means, what its implications are, what can threaten it, and its relevance to everyone. "We touch on principles that the rule of law incorporates, such as the limited and separated powers of government, an independent judiciary, a free press, the responsibilities of Congress, and the phenomenon, and consequences, of political polarization," Moyer said.
