Miller & Chevalier Chartered announced the arrival of Jorge E. Castro as a Member in the firm's Tax Department, effective December 3, 2018. Castro joined the firm from Castro Strategies, LLC, a Washington, DC, tax consulting firm he founded to counsel clients on a wide array of policy and regulatory issues. Previously, he served on the staff of senior Democratic members of both the Senate Committee on Finance and the House Committee on Ways and Means, and as Counselor to the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service.
