Steven Dixon* and Loren Ponds will speak at the TP Minds West Coast 2020 Virtual Conference on December 9, 2020.

Dixon will moderate the "Disputes, Tax Controversy and Audits" panel. Panelists will provide updates on domestic tax disputes and double taxation legislation. They will also discuss ways to improve cooperation with governments, manage TP audits, and best practices.

Ponds will participate in the panel discussion, "OECD Project Addressing the Tax Challenges of a Digital Economy – An In-depth Look at Pillar 2." This panel will highlight some outstanding technical challenges and surprising interactions with domestic tax rules that suggest the building blocks of Pillar 2 might be starting to show cracks as it's still being constructed.
