Steven Dixon* and Loren Ponds will speak at the TP Minds Americas 2020 Conference on February 25-26, 2020, in Miami, Florida.

Ponds will speak on the panel, "Practical Tips and Advice on Being 'Audit Ready'," on February 25. This panel will cover topics including being audit ready post BEPS, how tax authorities are approaching TP audits, economic substance over legal form, and OECD TP guidelines to disclose TP agreements.

On February 26, Dixon will participate in the panel discussion, "Intangibles & Comparability." Dixon's panel will discuss the current TP of Intangibles landscape, the interplay between BEPS Action 8 and Cost Sharing/Contribution Arrangements, IP planning in wake of U.S. tax reform, the latest OECD guidance, and comparability challenges and best practice.
