Rocco V. Femia spoke during Practising Law Institute's (PLI) International Tax Issues 2018 seminar on September 5, 2018 in Chicago. Femia presented, as part of a panel, "Transfer Pricing Developments and Planning," which discussed the following topics:

• Update on transfer pricing practice, including recent case developments
• Transfer pricing issues raised by U.S. tax reform, including GILTI, foreign-derived intangible income (“FDII”), BEAT and Sections 367 and 482 changes
• BEPS and OECD developments affecting transfer pricing (including, country-by- country reporting)
