Homer E. Moyer will be speaking during the second program of the six-part series entitled "Preserving a Free Society," sponsored by the International Bar Association (IBA). Moyer will participate as moderator during the program, "Independent Media and the Rule of Law," on June 7, 2018. Panelists will focus on the inextricable link between the rule of law and the media, and  the nexus between a robust rule of law and a robust independent media, drawing on lessons from recent decades from the U.S. and abroad.
