Colin Handzo will be speaking as a panelist on the DC Bar's New Tax Practitioners Tax Series "Back-To-Basics: Introduction to the Soft Judicial Doctrines in Federal and State Taxation" on October 4. Panelists will provide new practitioners with an introduction to the current rules and recent case law in both federal and state courts. The presentation will also discuss the doctrines in the context of income tax as well as sales and use tax.
