Alejandra Montenegro Almonte and Saskia Zandieh* will be presenting, as part of a panel, during the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Guatemala's "Reglamentos Estadounidenses: Una Perspectiva Centroamericana" ("American Regulations: A Central American Perspective") on May 30, 2017 in Guatemala. Almonte and Zandieh will discuss the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and provide an introduction on U.S. anti-corruption laws, customs laws and international trade. They will also discuss the impact of these laws on companies operating in Central America and related regulations for Guatemala, such as Compliance programs.
