Brian A. Hill will present, as part of a panel, during the American Bar Association's (ABA) webinar based on their book titled "The False Claims Act and Government Contracts: The Intersection of Federal Government Contracts, Administrative Law, and Civil Fraud," on January 26th. Panelists, who also authored the publication, will explore the relationship between federal procurement and the FCA. Additionally, they will discuss the regulated nature of government contracting and the players in the policy and enforcement communities who regulate and police government contracts.
