2018 ABA Section of Taxation May Meeting

Layla J. Asali, John C. Eustice,* Rocco V. Femia, Erin M. Sweeney,* James R. Gadwood, and Yongo Ding* will be speaking during the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation May Meeting from May 10-12, 2018. 

Asali will present, as part of a panel for the Foreign Activities of U.S. Taxpayers, "Tax Is... a Puzzle," on May 11. Femia will participate as moderator for the Transfer Pricing panel, "U.S. Tax Reform Reshapes the Transfer Pricing Landscape," on May 11. Gadwood will present, as part of a panel, "Administrative Practice Important Developments," on May 11. Sweeney and Ding will present, as part of a panel, "Employee Benefits Fiduciary Responsibility/Plan Investments Update," on May 11. Sweeney will also moderate, while Eustice will present, during the EB panel, "Is Blockchain the New Benefit Panacea?" on May 12.
