| Robert Moore has been involved in a broad range of federal tax matters. He represents corporations before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and handles tax controversies at the audit level and in administrative appeals, as well as in litigation before the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Courts, and the United States Courts of Appeals.
He frequently speaks and writes about various subjects involving federal taxation. In the past, Mr. Moore has held numerous management positions at Miller & Chevalier, serving as a member of the Executive Committee and as Chair of the firm’s Tax department.
