Kevin Mosley's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white-collar defense in criminal and civil matters.  

Mr. Mosley is experienced in all phases of civil litigation and has represented companies and individuals, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in claims regarding violations of federal civil rights laws,  and complex business torts such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and professional malpractice

Mr. Mosley has represented targets, subjects, and witnesses in all stages of criminal prosecutions and has conducted and participated in several internal investigations on behalf of multi-national corporations under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  In addition, Mr. Mosley has represented individuals in connection with government contracting fraud investigations, export controls investigations, shareholder suits, and other fraud related allegations.

In addition, Mr. Mosley has spoken on panels and written articles for various industry publications on topics related to the conduct of internal investigations and privilege issues in civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Mosley received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.   While attending law school, he was the Notes & Comments Editor for The Tax Lawyer, and authored “When is Compensation Paid as Salary to Shareholder Employees of Personal Service Corporations Treated as Dividends:  Pediatric Surgical Associates, P.C. v. Commissioner,” The Tax Lawyer (Summer 2002).  

From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Mosley worked as Special Projects Deputy to U.S. Representative Maxine Waters.
