First Round of Employers' 'PCORI Fees' Due July 31

In this article, Fred Oliphant and Garrett Fenton discuss the federal comparative effectiveness research fees (PCORI Fee) imposed under the Affordable Care Act. Most employers that sponsor self-funded group health plans and insurers of fully-insured group health plans will need to pay the first round of these fees on July 31.
