Yongo Ding is an Associate in the Employee Benefits department, focusing on qualified plans, executive compensation, ERISA litigation and payroll taxes and information reporting. Mr. Ding is a frequent author of the firm's Tax Withholding & Reporting Blog, a resource for in-house counsel, tax, accounts payable and payroll professionals seeking information on tax withholding and reporting developments. While at Cornell Law School, Mr. Ding served as Editor of the Cornell Law Review. He received five Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) awards for highest grades in First-Year Legal Research and Writing, Advanced Persuasive Legal Writing, Mediation, Legal Ethics and Labor Law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Ding served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Justice Sheryl Gordon McCloud, Washington Supreme Court.
