Mr. Mosley has represented targets, subjects, and witnesses in all stages of criminal prosecutions and has conducted and participated in several internal investigations on behalf of multinational corporations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). In addition, Mr. Mosley has represented individuals in connection with government contracting fraud investigations, export controls investigations, shareholder suits, and other fraud related allegations.
Mr. Mosley has spoken on panels and written articles for various industry publications on topics related to the conduct of internal investigations and privilege issues in civil and criminal litigation. While at Georgetown University Law Center, he was the Notes and Comments Editor for The Tax Lawyer and authored “When is Compensation Paid as Salary to Shareholder Employees of Personal Service Corporations Treated as Dividends: Pediatric Surgical Associates, P.C. v.
