Ian A. Herbert

Ian Herbert is a Senior Associate in the Litigation department, focusing his practice on civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations and appellate advocacy. Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Mr. Herbert was an Associate at Paul Hastings, where he specialized primarily in internal investigations relating to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and international arbitration.
