Frederick Robinson practices exclusively in the area of federal income taxation. His practice is broadly based and has included all aspects of advising and representing clients on federal income tax matters. The preponderance of his practice, however, has involved tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and representing clients in court and before the Appeals Division of the IRS. Other specific areas of experience include the tax treatment of health insurance companies and the federal taxation of partnerships.
