Adrian L. Morchower

Adrian Morchower provides consultation and advice to employers regarding executive compensation and the imposition, reporting, and collection of federal employment taxes.  He regularly advises partnerships and other pass-through entities and their members regarding the provisions of Subchapter K, particularly with regard to guaranteed payments, allocations, and distributions to service partners, including issues regarding profits interests.  In addition, Mr. Morchower handles controversies regarding the foregoing matters.

Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Mr. Morchower was a lawyer in the tax practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington, D.C., where he participated in tax disclosure preparations and tax opinion issuances for corporate reorganizations involving mutual funds.

Mr. Morchower served as an editor of the Law Review while at Rutgers Law School.
