During this presentation, sponsored by the International Bar Association and Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, panelists will address the illicit and licit money flows that sustain the North Korean regime; current U.S. and U.N sanctions, and their relative efficacy and shortcomings; and additional due diligence that the U.S. legal and business communities will need to conduct if tougher sanctions against North Korea are passed.
