Thomas Zehnle will moderate a panel discussion titled "Where Did the Money Go, and How Will the Government Find It?" during the 31st Annual National Institute on Criminal Tax Fraud and 4th Annual National Institute on Tax Controversy on December 12, 2014. This program, sponsored by the American Bar Association, brings together high-level government representatives, judges, corporate counsel, and private practitioners engaged in all aspects of tax controversy, tax litigation, and criminal tax defense.

This panel will address cash reporting regimes, including CTRs, CMIRs, Form 8300, and will review the IRS's tools to find and collect money outside the United States.
