Washington, D.C., January 13, 2014 -- Miller & Chevalier Chartered announced today that it has elected two new Members. John C. Eustice practices in the area of complex civil litigation and Garrett A. Fenton focuses on employee benefits, healthcare and tax matters.

John C. Eustice practices in the area of complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on fiduciary disputes, non-profit corporation counseling and litigation, partnership controversies and employment discrimination matters. He has extensive experience in complex discovery, including all aspects of electronic and cross-border discovery, and he is a contributing member of and panelist for The Sedona Conference®, an e-discovery think tank. In the course of his practice, Eustice has successfully advocated for his clients on these matters before both state and federal courts. Eustice holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University.

Garrett A. Fenton focuses his practice in the areas of employee benefits, healthcare, tax and executive compensation, concentrating on health and welfare benefits and healthcare reform implementation (ACA). He has extensive experience assisting large employers and health insurers on a wide range of topics, including matters related to ACA, ERISA and various applicable laws. He is a frequent author and speaker on a variety of topics in his practice area, with particular emphasis on the legal issues arising from the implementation of ACA. Fenton holds an LL.M. (Taxation), from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Washington.
