02.14.13Barry Pollack comments on recent changes for District of Columbia courts and police based upon the recommendations of a task force created by D.C. Superior Court Chief Judge Lee F. Satterfield. The changes include how the police will conduct lineups of suspects, as well as when the court will notify defendants about informants and how long they retain criminal trial records. Pollack called the moves "a good step," adding, "I applaud the effort."
