Barry Pollack Quoted in the Washington Post Regarding Reopening of 1984 DC Homicide Case

"In 1984 D.C. Murder Case, Court to Examine Allegations of Prosecutor Misconduct"
Washington Post
04.22.12Barry Pollack is quoted regarding the reopening of the 1984 murder of Catherine Fuller, for which eight men were convicted. Defense attorneys argue that prosecutors and detectives withheld information about several witnesses who identified other individuals at the scene of the crime. In a February court filing, Pollack wrote that the government's failure to disclose evidence that Fuller's murder might have been committed by one or two individuals who were not charged, rather than a large group, "undoubtedly undermines confidence in the outcome of the trial."
