04.08.09Barry Pollack comments on Judge Emmet Sullivan's dismissal of the case against former Alaska Congressman Ted Stevens resulting from repeated revelations of prosecutorial misconduct by the Justice Department. Sullivan has ordered an investigation of suspected charges of criminal contempt and obstruction of justice by the prosecutors. "I think over time [Judge Sullivan] lost confidence in the department to police itself," says Pollack.
