11.01.09Larry Christensen comments on the increased focus by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) on illicit overseas in-country transfers of U.S. goods to companies and individuals listed on the Entity List. “My advice to exporters is to have a name screening engine to vet all parties (against the Entity List and others) that they may be dealing with,” said Christensen.
